POLICY AND INSTRUCTIONS OF THE ESTABLISHMENT
RESERVATIONS:
1- All reservations must be secured with a deposit. Your room is guaranteed upon receiving a cheque by mail in the amount of the price of one night. If not, we do not guarantee any reservation and reserve the right to rent the room to other clients.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES:
1- Arrival time: after 1:30 p.m. (except in circumstances already agreed upon)
2- For organizational reasons, you must leave the room at 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
ENVIRONMENT:
1- You can use the motel’s equipment (BBQ, small portable fireplace, etc.) put at your disposal by respecting, at all times, the safety instructions.
2- To establish a quiet and friendly setting at the motel, we ask our clients for a certain amount of discretion especially between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
3- To protect the beauty of the Islands, a waste management policy is in place and we encourage you to abide by it.
THEFT:
1- Motel l'Archipel’s mission is to offer you an attractive and comfortable environment. We will enforce a zero tolerance policy for all stolen objects or material and will take the necessary action without due regard to the value of the objects in question. We will charge the price of all broken material to the responsible person.
2- We take no responsibility for theft or damage to vehicles and their contents parked on the motel's land.
